INVITATION TO THE 5TH ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING FOR ENVIRONMENT INSTITUTE OF KENYA AT BOMA HOTEL, NAIROBI ON 31ST MAY, 2019, FROM 9 AM – 1 PM.

Dear EIK Member,

In accordance with the EIK Constitution and Rules of Part 8 (b) (ii), all EIK members of good standing are cordially invited to the 5^th Annual General Meeting to be held on 31^st May, 2019 starting at 9.00 a.m to 1.00 p.m.

The venue will be at Boma Hotel along Red Cross road, off Popo road Nairobi.

The agenda for the A.G.M shall consist of the following;

1. Calling the meeting to order
2. Opening prayer
3. Confirmation of the minutes of the 4^th AGM
4. Matters arising
5. Chairman’s report
6. Confirming the approval of the new EIK constitution, 2018
7. Audited Financial Statement of Accounts
8. A.O.B
9. Election for one (1) council member
10. Vote of thanks
